That's what I normally do. My postmaster and abuse accounts are whiteholed
for obvious reasons, so if someone is having trouble getting mail through
to a normal user because of blacklisting, I usually have them try to send
it to postmaster. But for one reason or another (I don't recall all the
details at this point), that didn't happen in this particular case.
