And your SIMS log says? You might need to turn the logging level up in the
General settings and/or SMTP (I'm not sure how SIMS logs submitted
messages).
Are you creating a message by hand for testing purposes or just via webDNA?
You might want to experiment with hand-created messages so that you can
twiddle with the formatting, etc. Also, I think submitted text files may
need to have Macintosh line breaks (someone else with more experience in
this area can correct me). You can test that by using BBEdit to save the
same message with both Mac and Unix line endings and see which is accepted
(or not).

No. SIMS should poll the Submitted folder automagically.
