Fwd: Why is this blacklisted?

I set up a new domain and was having trouble getting mail accepted when 
sent to my new address. All I did was do a mail forward at ZoneEdit.com 
to send any mail sent to my new domain to an existing account on SIMS. 
It was being rejected so I turned off all of my RBL servers for a day 
(what a SPAM nightmare) and it was still being rejected. So I double 
checked, and the forwarding IP really isn't in my blacklist even though 
that's the message I'm sending back from SIMS. Below is the full
