Follow-up Comment #1:
Sorry, that patch does not apply anymore. The individual
device definition entries have been moved out of
src/devsupp.c into their own subdirectory src/defn/ about
5 years ago, and their structure has also changed quite a
bit by that time. I also somewhat question the usefulness
of adding a device that is almost obsolete these days.
