Hmm, any chance to not hardcode that path?  Maybe provide an option
like --with-tcl.  For example, on my FreeBSD, the respective file is
located at /usr/local/lib/tcl8.4/tclConfig.sh.

I was afraid of that but was hoping it would take longer
for someone to ask. LOL!

Update and try the --with-tclconfig-path option.  I think
you should need --with-tclconfig-path=/usr/local/lib/tcl8.4

If that works and the option name is ok, would you mind
adding it to the documentation?
