Details:
avrtest has a few features added specifically to support automated
regression testing. This patch adds the first of these missing
features to simulavrxx.

regress/Makefile.am, src/main.cpp: Add -m maximum simulation time
argument.
* regress/avrtest/.cvsignore, regress/avrtest/Makefile.am,
regress/avrtest/endless.c: New files.
