Follow-up Comment #1, bug #25824 (project simulavr):
I have committed what I think is a fix from reading the autoconf manual and
posts on the web. The key is DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS being set with the
flags we want to pass on to a secondary configure.
I have no idea if make dist or distcheck will produce a useable tarball. You
will have to play with the automake variables that control what shows up in
the tarball until it is right.
FWIW simulavrxx_wrap.cxx should NOT be in there.
