Details:
This implements the missing parts in avrfactory.*.
This AVRFactory completely decouples the creation of AVR device classes from
the rest of the program logic (main/etc.).
This infrastructure is helpful when one (automatically) adds devices to the
simulator (for example from the XML part descriptions) or when other parts of
the simulator need to have a list of available devices.
