Details:
This implements the input capture mode for the 'normal' HWTimer. Has been
tested a little bit in real hardware, on a tiny2313 (settings: noise canceller
on, not using any IRQ).
This hopefully also addresses the complaints from Klaus (from private
eMail).
FIXME: The pin connections to the 4433/8515 have been disabled (set to
portX), as I did not check the datasheet for the pin as well as the behaviour
yet.
