I encountered the following problem:

>[henne...@localhost anacomp]$ make dogdb
>/usr/bin/wish checkdebug.tcl

I dealt with it before, but don't remember how.
Google hasn't helped.  I'm not sure what name to ask for:

I do have tcl and tk installed.
