Details:
This patch tells GDB to send us larger packets which improves speed of "load"
command (and others). The "load" increases performance from 73 KB/s (at 31
bytes/write) to 240 kB/s (at 476 bytes/write) on my system.
Increasing the buffer to 800 bytes, so when someone is not limited by GDB
speed when trying to improve performance somewhere else.
