you shouldn't worry about the last lines in output in "./configure"
(without parameter!)! This will type out (for example):
...
AVR_LIBBFD_LIB=/usr/lib/libbfd.so
AVR_LIBIBERTY_LIB=/usr/lib/libiberty.a
PYTHON=/usr/bin/python
build verilog modul avr.vpi = no
The line "PYTHON=/usr/bin/python" is a relict from history. (python
detection on automake process in simulavr is a little bit strange) This
line does NOT mean, that python is enabled!
Maybe I'll change it in configure.ac to make it more clear.
