To Friends of Stella Jatras
On Friday, Stella will face open heart surgery. While this procedure
has become common today through the advancement of medical technology,
Stella has other medical problems that may complicate her recovery. She
has asked me to appeal to you, her friends, and those with whom she
regularly corresponds, to please refrain from using her email address
until further notice.
In every war history records the bravery of the generals. In the
illegal wars of Serbia's dismemberment General Stella Jatras has led a
one-woman army in her fight for the truth and against the hideous lies
by immoral elected officials. As a Greek, Stella has shown, through her
example, that this war was not just about human rights, it was also
about equal rights and exposing officials for compromising democratic
ideals by trampling on the rights of one ethnic race for the advantage
of another.
The Serbian people owe an enormous debt of gratitude to Stella, not just
for a job exceptionally well done, but for her willingness to stand and
be counted, to expose herself and her family to threats and insults for
daring to oppose the outrageous tactics of such creatures as William
Clinton, Wesley Clark and Mad Madeline Halfbright whom we now discover
aided and abetted Muslim terrorists in Bosnia and Kosovo.
Stella's husband George, who is currently recovering from his own recent
surgery, will surely have his hands full getting Stella back to her
youthful fighting spirit. The stress and energy that her writing has
consumed in recent years will have to be the first casualty in her war
against NATO's 19 democratic countries that violated every aspect of the
UN Charter by bombing Yugoslavia, its founding member and a sovereign
nation.
Now Stella needs her strength to fight a new war, a personal war. She
needs
your moral support and most certainly your prayers. Please respect her
wishes and give her the time and space she needs to recovery.
