A first-year student at Carleton University majoring in International Business, Tijana says she looks forward to pursuing a career in International Law. Using her language skills -- she speaks Serbo-Croatian, French, & English. -- Tijana enjoys volunteering within the local Serbian community, and has studied and performed traditional Serbian folk dance for over a decade. Tijana's proudest accomplishments are her academic achievements: she graduated high school with a very strong average, was on the honour roll every year and was awarded a full scholarship to Carleton. In Tijana's spare time, she enjoys dancing, reading, spending time with her family and friends, and says jokingly that if you can't find her at home, she must be at the mall!

Entering her second year at the University of Ottawa, Ivana is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Biopharmacy. Owning her own pharmacy and being a licensed pharmacist are her career goals for the coming years. Ivana says that she is proud of her organization and time-management skills: recently, she attended school full-time and worked part-time, while balancing her extra-curricular participation in sports teams, dance classes and community work. Her hobbies include reading, cycling, all forms of music, and watching every kind of sport on television -- perfect for Ivana during the recent Summer Olympics!
