I don't get so much out of their front page recommendations, but I do
out of the "related book" recommendations. So if I'm viewing
"Artificial General Intelligence" at
http://www.amazon.com/Artificial-General-Intelligence-Cognitive-Technologies/dp/354023733X/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/002-3812222-0482414?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1193612063&sr=8-1

then the site tells me I might also be interested in:
* The Hidden Pattern by Ben Goertzel
* Beyond AI by J. Storrs Hall
* I Am a Strange Loop by Douglas Hofstadter
* Universal Artificial Intelligence by Marcus Hutter
* The Intelligent Universe by James N. Gardner

Which is pretty accurate. It's particularly handy for fields I'm less
familiar with and bringing new books to my attention.
