Hello,
There is a negotiation process. In the INVITE you can receive
Qos:mandatory or optional and you respond in the 183 with whatever you
want to do.
Anyway, it would be good if the manyfolks draft could be discussed in
San Diego. There are a couple of issues that must be clarified.
