Just to be clear here; Vijay is talking about the case when a proxy receives
a response, and it wants to forward it upstream. Igor's note dealt with the
case where a UA or proxy receives a request, and generates its own response.

Based on the way that the received param is constructed, it turns out that
in either case the response is ultimately sent to the IP address that the
request came from, and to the port listed in the Via header.
