[Sip-implementors] CPL Transport under H.323

Hello,

        I'm studying convergence in IP telephony services, and
implementing CPL Server to SIP Proxy. But, my final scenario will have
SIP and H.323 Elements too ... and this CPL Server could be registered
(using H.323 - SIP Signalling Gateway) by CPL of H.323 Clients too. How
can I transport CPL under H.323 environment ? 

There is an IETF draft that explores "CPL payload with REGISTER method",
someone knows any studies in transport CPL payload with H.323 ? May I use
extended SETUP message ? Or RAS ? Please send me any pointers.
