Arvind:

Remember that Proxy and Redirect are logical roles.  A SIP server may
decide to redirect a request based on some internal logic, or preferences
of the registered callee.  From the UAC's point of view, it does not matter
if it is dealing with a Redirect or Proxy server (except, of course, if it
gets a 3xx response, it'll have to ACK it and initiate a new query to the
Contacts got in the 3xx).
