[Sip-implementors] Is an SDP reqd in 200 OK to re-Invite?

Suppose a call is established between 2 parties A and B.
Now B issues a re-Invite to A with a new SDP.
Is it a requirement for A to respond with a SDP in the 200 OK, even if it is
unchanged?
