Regarding Proxy-Authenticate header field, on Pg. 53 of draft-ietf-sip-rfc2543bis-02,
it says "It may also occur in a 401 (Unauthorized) response if the request was forked."
I'm not able to get the relation between forking and getting a Proxy-Authenticate
header in a 401 response.
