Dear All,
Sorry if this question has been brought up before, but I
would like to know what should the proxy server do if it receives a
retransmission of INVITE message when it has already sent a 1XX response
upstream (this happens when the 1XX response has not reached the UAC yet
and hence the retransmission) - should it forward the INVITE message
downstream or just discard it?
What if in the case when the proxy is stateless?
