If B sends to A a REFER Refer-to C then A accepts (202) then A sends to C INVITE
Referred-by B : it is the same thing than in your example. then :
C accepts, A sends a BYE to B , C sends a notify to B and B sends a BYE to C.
A always terminates the communcation to B and C always notifies B that the
transfer succeed.
