The RFC says that the CALLID must be a globally unique identifier and suggests some
algos (RFCs) to generate cryptographically random ids. Is there any freeware or
software available which generates such a globally unique id?
Is it not possible to generate these ids in a standard way or a centralized way i.e,
the manner in which the GUIDs are generated for the DLLs by Microsoft products.
