Hi,
My question is for the implementation of a stateless proxy. Do stateless
proxies store any kind of information about any of the transactions ? If
not, does it mean that there is no re-transmission of request/response
originating in stateless proxies.
I have a sip stack that I am using to implement a stateless proxy. That
stack requires me to specify the transactionID of the last request in order
to send a response, or that of ACK, if I have to send a bye for a call.
Does it mean that the stack is maintaining the transaction states and that
I can not implement a truly stateless proxy with that stack ?
I'll appreciate the response.
Thanks
