Because of the symmetric nature of the communications, the binding will only
be timed out if both parties cease sending media.
When this does happen, as it certainly can, the binding is recreated when
the "client" starts talking again. The "server" of the RTP connection needs
to be prepared to update the remote IP address and port in this case.
