I was wondering if one can CANCEL a BYE?? The spec is very vague at
times. I know the CANCEL is typically useful only for an INVITE, but if
having sent a BYE can one send a CANCEL? I know the CANCEL will be
impotent because if:
1. BYE arrives at UAS before CANCEL, then UAS MUST cease transmitting
data to the other end.
2. CANCEL arrives at UAS before BYE, then UAS will reply with
481-Transaction doesnt exist.
