No, I did not mean to suggest that. 401/407 are collected and returned in
1 response (BTW, is anyone else actually doing this? How do you separate
the different responses? Multi-part MIME? The bis, as far as I know, does
not say anything beyond the fact that they should be returned).
Processing a 487, which was your original question, does not have to follow
the same logic.
