Hi Jonathan, Could you please clarify how much importance to be given to bis draft while taking implementation decisions - should we follow rfc or bis draft? How should we treat the changes done in bis draft when compared to rfc - pl. let us know. In fact, bis ver 02 has expired last month. What is the consequence of it - will there be some modifications to rfc OR another version of bis is going to come out.
