No, this is also pretty much out of date. Some of this will be reflected
in better text in RFC2543bis, other items (such as suggestions for call
logging and other things inappropriate for IETF standardization) will be
discussed in an upcoming effort within the SIP Forum. Suggestions for
such 'operational' items and requirements are welcome.
