[Sip-implementors] CANCEL the REGISTER

Hello,


In the SIP specification is written :

"While CANCEL can terminate any pending request other than ACK or CANCEL, 
  it is typically useful only for INVITE".


How has a Registrar to react on receiving a CANCEL for REGISTER, if the registration 
is still in progress?
