This means that the topmost Via in an ACK for non-2xx responses MUST have
the same branch-id as the topmost Via for an INVITE did.  This has been true 
for CANCEL for a while now, but was not specified for an ACK to non-2xx 
responses.  Also see Section 10.46 (Via).
