Subject: [Sip-implementors] UA minimal implementation and bye

SIP has many applications, not all of which are telephony (gasp!). Some
communications means provide their own ways to terminate communications. A
classic example is an invitation to an mbone conference.
If you want to do telephony applications, then minimum will not be
sufficient.
