[Sip-implementors] Q regarding UAS's INVITE state machine

Hi,

I have a doubt regarding the UAS's INVITE state machine
diagram: Once it has got the ACK, why does the UAS still have to wait
for 32s in the "confirmed" state, before  moving to the completed state.

It is shown in the state machine diag. but the text does not say
anything about it.
