Do we use the same static payload type for G726r32, r16 and r24 codecs.
Presently the IANA specifies G726r32 as codec with static payload type.
What about the other flavors ? Do G726r16 and r24 need to treated as
dynamic payload
types ?
Also on a related note for G723 codecs, say If I need to advertize
G723r53 and G732ar63 , I presume we will use the same static payload
value 4
for both which will make our SDP body look something like
m=audio <port_number> 4
a=rtpmap:4 G723/8000
a=fmtp:4 bitrate=5.3
m=audio <port_number> 4
a=rtpmap:4 G723/8000
a=fmtp:4 bitrate=6.3; annexa=yes
