[Sip-implementors] Behavior of Stateless Proxy in case of non 200x final responses

Hi all,   As per RFC, Ack for non 200x final responses are acknowledged hop to hop. If the inbetween proxy are stateless, then i think the non 200x final responses are fwded upwards. But if the inbetween proxy are stateful, non 200x final responses  are acknowledged and the non 200x final responses  are fwded with tag in To header field changes with proxy tag. So incase all the inbetween proxies are stateless, the  non 200x final responses are acknowledged end to end.   Please comment   Thanks Sarju
