Dear all,

In a previous mail on this list (Tue, 27 Feb 2001 02:13:18 -0500),
Jonathan R. confirmed the following behavior:
"UAC should be ready to receive after INVITE. Prepared to send after 200
OK.

UAS shoudl be ready to receive after 200 OK, and may send after 200 OK
(indeed, this is needed to deal with a low post-pickup delay).

Both of the above assume that SDP was present in the INVITE/200."

I totally agree with that.

However, once UAC has shooted its INVITE and is listening for RTP
packets, it cannot send any RTCP Receiver Report to the sender since it
doesn't the port to which to send it.

Thus, is it true to say that the statement above implies that RTCP
Receiver Reports cannot be sent before reception of the 200 OK, or am I
missing something ?

Thanks,
Nicolas Dramais.
