Hi Anand what exactly do u mean by SIP Gateway? is it some IWF like SIP-H323 IWF? if the gateway is in a different domain as LS, then we use TRIP to perform inter domain registrations else it could be a normal SIP Register message.
So there is no signalling between LS and Registrar Regards Ranjit -----Original Message----- From: Sreeram Kanumuri [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, October 16, 2001 8:46 AM To: Anand Vasudevan; [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [Sip-implementors] REGISTERing Gateways.. The Rfc will not mention about the signalling b/n the Registar and the Location server . it is the other protocols which will do. -sreeram _______________________________________________ Sip-implementors mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.cs.columbia.edu/mailman/listinfo/sip-implementors _______________________________________________ Sip-implementors mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.cs.columbia.edu/mailman/listinfo/sip-implementors
