Jonathan,
This may impact a b2bua, since the current max-fwds value probably
isn't copied from the inbound leg to the outbound.
Along those same lines, efforts to interwork H.323 and SIP
and attempts to prevent loops by mapping the SIP callID
to the H.323 conf id and back would also be more difficult.
