This is a source of unending confusion, I'm afraid.
I was talking about things expressed as quoted strings within BNF. That
is, a BNF like:
newHeader = "NewHeader" HCOLON ("val1" | "val2")
Any of the following are valid based on that grammar:
NewHeader: val2
NewHeader: VaL2
newheader: vAL1
NeWhEaDeR : VAL2
this is opposed to things that appear as quoted strings within the
message itself (as opposed to the BNF); those are case sensitive.
