But maybe an efficient one :-). Reminds me of a discussion that took place
a long time ago
where it was contested that although a per header fixed length buffer was
not wise, one may
well have to allocate a fixed overall buffer size since auto expanding
string classes may or
may not be the best things to use in terms of memory fragmentation as well
as performance on certain
OSes.
