>From bis-09 (soon? to be RFC 3261) section 28.1: In RFC 2543, lines in a message could be terminated with CR, LF, or CRLF. This specification only allows CRLF.
So if you're RFC 2543 compliant, you have to accept CR, LF, or CRLF as the terminator. If you're compliant to bis-09, it's just CRLF. - rob -----Original Message----- From: Jason Tomforde [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Thursday, June 27, 2002 12:11 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [Sip-implementors] Header field and section termination hello, In developing a SIP header parser, what should one expect as the header field end of line terminator or the header section terminator? RFC 2543 mentions CRLF but can it be simply CR or LF? Thanks.
