I do not think user B should give a busy Here error if he has call waiting...
I would think you should send a 180 ringing while the call waiting tone is heard by user B... Call Wait service is : User A calls User B , while User B is talking with User C , User B should be given a sigal that tells him what is happening . User B can do : 1) go on his talk with User C , do nothing with User A ; or 2) hold User C , and talk with User A ; or 3) stop talking with User C and talk with User A. +----------+ +----------+ Media Session +---------+ | User A | | User B | <--------------> | User C | +----------+ +----------+ +---------+ | INVITE | | | ----------------------> | | | | | | 486 Busy Here | | | <--------------------- | | | | | | | What should User A do | | ------------------------> | | to give User B a signal ?| | | | | Thank you very much !
