The hostname of the Request-URI should be the domain of the proxy since the proxy is suppose to know how to route the call. The rules for proxies in RFC 3261 state that when the proxy is not responsible for the domain in the Request-URI, it is suppose to forward it to the domain indicated in the Request-URI.
