        They are terms used for record routing using RFC3261 (loose
routing) and record routing using previous RFC 2543 bis versions.  Both
need to be included in RFC 3261 for backward compatibility of older
implementations that don't recognize loose routing.  Loose routing is
the new and preferred method.
