Generally, little value. The headers are only useful in requests sent 
outside of a dialog. BYE is almost always sent within a dialog, so they 
don't usually make sense for BYE. But, the spec does not mandate that 
BYE always is within a dialog. So, should the day come when you need one 
outside of a dialog, you can use caller prefs.

Same with PRACK.
