Hi, The example in paragraph 4.1 includes mobility="!mobile"
Later the text (para 7.4) says the values are fixed or mobile. It is not listed as a boolean field. So I would expect this example to read mobility="fixed". Can the NOT operator ! be used with any of the fields in the draft? TIA, Jack W.
