[Sip-implementors] vocal1.4.0 ms with vocal 1.3.0 pserver

Hi: i run vocal1.3.0 on a redhat linux. now make a vocal1.4.0 ms from 1.4.0 source code, then stop vocal1.3.0's ms and run vocal1.4.0 ms, it failed. anyone know the reason? that will be very helpful.   thanks. yan
