Are you concerned with finding dialogs or with transaction matching? I
think the latter is straightforward but the former is tricky.
Essentially, you have to use the From and To addresses in place of tags.
Gets messy if from and to are both from the same IP address and a port
has not been speciifed - especially for dialog statefull proxies dealing
with symmetrical requests. Unless you go way way back, most
implementations (even old ones) have at least from tags so it is
reasonable to just reject messages without from tags (in my limited
experience anyway).
