When an end-device (typically a PSTN agteway) has no clue how long a call can last and a proxy server does, it sounds like a reasonable solution to me. I have seen counter-proposals for implementing this scenario happy using a B2BUA. session-timer sounds better to me because it takes no session state in the network. -Jiri _______________________________________________ Sip-implementors mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.cs.columbia.edu/mailman/listinfo/sip-implementors
